Born in Philadelphia and raised in Puerto Rico, Alice Allan is a graduate of Drexel University in Accounting. While the business manager of multiple Philadelphia radio stations (Power 99fm, Star 104.5, Smooth Jazz 106.1), she opened her first child care facility (Little Munchkins) when she was unable to find a place she felt comfortable leaving her own children. She eventually decided to leave radio, earn her early-childhood degree, and open Oaks Early Learning Center in Oaks, PA.
